MAKTABI BI AMAN - Office Insurance Plan

For corporates and business owners, protecting your workplace properties is a priority. For that purpose , Arab Bank in cooperation with Al Nisr Alarabi insurance company provides the office insurance plan “MAKTABY BI AMAN”  the ideal insurance solution that suit your business requirements

Coverage of the program:

  1. coverage includes Office Property and/or Office Content
  2. High limits reaching up to JOD 1,300,000 for Property & JOD 300,000 for Content ( i.e. Furniture , Electrical Appliances , Office Decorations .. etc. )
  3. Risks of Fire, Lightning, Explosion, Impact, Aircraft, Strikes, Riots and Malicious Damage, Flood, Storm & Tempest, Burglary by Forcible Entry/Exit, Escape of water/ water damage
  4. Legal liability towards Third Party, Neighbors and owner due to fire, and up to JOD 20,000 JD.
  5. Accidental glass breakage up to JOD 5,000
  6. Loss of Rent up to JOD 9,000

  1. No site Inspection is needed, Policy is issued instantly
  2. Premiums will be deducted directly from your Bank Account
  3. Sum Insured amendment during the insurance period e.g. (addition / deletion of contents)
  4. Policy will be automatically renewed each year, without the need to visit branch or submit any documentation, unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Conditions of this Policy:

  1. The insured should be an account holder at Arab Bank.
  2. Sum Insured should be based on the Property/Content replacement value.
