By calling the number 4600900 the “Hala Arabi” menu will provide you a host of services including:
- Inquiry about account(s) balance(s)
- Review your last 10 transactions instantly
- Inquiry about Fixed Deposits
- Transfer funds between your accounts
- Transfer funds to another Arab Bank customer in Jordan*
- Bills payment
- Order a Statement to be mailed to your address
- Credit Cards Services (Card Information, transactions and payments)
- Order a Cheque Book and collect it from your branch
- Stop any of your Credit Cards or the Visa Debit Card
*You will need a second password for funds transfers
In addition to all the services abovementioned , our Customer Contact Centre is at your service 24*7 to answer your inquiries about any of our product and services, answer your questions about our offers, interest rates on deposits and currency exchange rates or about branches telephone numbers in Jordan and all of this with one simple phone call.
Registering for the service is an easy process, if you are an Arab Bank Visa Electron Cardholder and have a valid Personal Identification Number (PIN), you can directly subscribe to the service through our ATMs. You can also subscribe to Hala Arabi through our Internet Banking Service “Arabi Online”, or by calling our customer contact Center on 4600900 or 0791600900 and press 2, then press 3 and one of our Customer Service Representatives will assist you.
